Global Healthcare Policy Hackathon

Student teams of 3-5 spent the weekend working on a 3-5 page policy memo in response to the question:
- What factors enable a risk sharing model to be successful? Propose a risk-sharing model to prepare for and/or respond to a potential future pandemic.
